Enquiries Are Not Bookings
Sending a form, email, WhatsApp message, or other enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only when details are accepted, screening is complete, and any required deposit or confirmation has been agreed.
Screening
Screening is required for first meetings and may be required again if details change. I may decline or stop responding to any enquiry that is incomplete, false, disrespectful, unsafe, unlawful, or not a fit.
Rates, Deposits And Changes
Rates are published for clarity and are not a negotiation. A first booking may require a deposit to hold the date. Late changes, cancellations, travel, accommodation, venue costs, meals, tickets, and other expenses are handled as agreed in writing before the booking.
Conduct And Boundaries
Respect, privacy, sobriety, hygiene, and clear boundaries are required. I may end a meeting immediately if I feel unsafe, pressured, recorded, photographed, intoxication makes the meeting unworkable, or any boundary is ignored.
Privacy And Images
All photographs, copy, design, and website assets belong to Real Noor or their respective creators. Images may not be copied, reposted, screenshotted, reverse-searched, edited, or shared. My contact details may not be posted publicly or passed around group chats.
Travel
Travel bookings require advance discussion. Flights, accommodation, transport, visas where relevant, and other logistics are arranged and paid for as agreed before travel. For first international travel, an earlier meeting may be required.
Website Accuracy
I try to keep rates, availability, travel dates, and policies current, but errors or outdated information may occur. I may update, pause, or remove any part of the site without notice.
